Brent, Great to fish with you! I've been many places, but that was truly special. Great company, good fishing, and lot of laughs! Cannot wait to see the pictures- I'm already warning my fishing buddies to prepare to drool! And the book will be great conversation in the man cave at our new home!

Just a quick note to thank you from the 3 old geriatric fishermen aka the 3 Blind Mice and sharing your magnificent secret of the Rangitikei River.

It wasn’t until we flew into your remote campsite that I realised what we had to offer in NZ in the way of rugged isolated splendour.

Successful dry fly fishing for large trout in a pristine environment – it doesn’t get much better than this.

I suppose that even the most generous hearted fly-fisher will have one secret fishing location that remains undisclosed to anyone. This would represent “Bucket List” material of course.

Thanks so much for giving them such a superb introduction into fly fishing.

Thanks so much for taking the boys - Henry who has never been interested in NZ especially when I get so excited about the All Blacks now wants to buy a house here in Taupo.

Accommodation

When looking for accommodation whilst in Taupo we can provide you with a number of options for consideration and we are able to offer accommodation for guests wishing to have a 'home away from home' stay. Our lodge is designed for those who are fishing with us and after a hard days fishing relax in either the thermal hot tub or enjoy the sauna area nestled in park like grounds. We are just 5 minutes from the main township if you wish to go into town for an evening meal. There is ample car parking if you are renting a car whilst in Taupo.

If you are looking for a complete hide-a-way then you are able to enter The Point Villa's. Two elegant, totally private villa's tucked away from the world with stunning views overlooking the lake.
